I’m back at the London bridge platform waiting for a train home; it’s the one I rang you from, when I really needed some help, convinced that you’d be able to help.
Which you did.
One session, a pre-session questionnaire (helpful for unloading all the noisy brain rubbish in my head) , someone to listen and understand and validate and ask questions and just be experienced enough to listen to the answers. It’s around 6 months on and I feel normal again.
By reaching out to you, I had the safety net, the solid wall, the mirror, the backbone to know I was good enough to jump. The jump is working out really well and I’m the happiest I think I’ve ever been at work!
