The Visible Leadership Programme is a 6-month programme for business leaders & senior executives and will help you to create the impact you need to move into your next leadership role or establish yourself in the one you have

The programme will help you to develop your leadership capabilities and demonstrate your credibility.

This means that you will have the confidence, the connections and the impact you will need to lift your performance. You’ll be a visible leader – others will see you as ‘the one’ with promise and potential. You'll be seen and heard by the right people, accelerating your career.

A common challenge in moving into a more senior role is how to showcase your suitability for the post. It can feel frustrating knowing you can do the job but not having the chance to show your skills off.

How does the Visible Leadership Programme work?

We start things off with an in person, face to face meeting (if you're not in the UK, this will be done online) for around three hours. This will assess where you are now in a range of leadership areas including communication, emotional intelligence and leadership behaviours. We’ll also carry out an informal 360 feedback. From here, we'll decide the focus of our work together and you’ll set some challenging but realistic goals.

Then you have 90 minutes of coaching available to you a month for the next five months - you may want to take one 90 minutes session, two 45 minutes or three 30 minutes. We work flexibly, online, to suit you. 

We'll meet online every month for personal, 1:1 uninterrupted time together, to prepare you for the next step in your leadership career. You’ll leave the calls with clear, focussed actions to take. On the weeks we don’t talk, you’ll have the opportunity to check in with me via email, to maintain momentum and accountability. I’m also available via email to answer any questions throughout the programme.

It is possible to get your next promotion without any of what you'll learn when you work with me. But the chances are there are some stubborn roadblocks in your way – and despite your best intentions, you’ve probably not managed to overcome them yet. Isn’t it time to tackle them, once and for all?

And of course, there are no guarantees when it comes to getting your next role - but if you’re up for the challenge and committed to your career, this programme will help you to maximise your chances of being seen as the choice for that next role.
